Ouverture de la Terrasse 2025: A Night of Jazz, Stars, and Iconic Flavours at the Grand Hotel

On Tuesday 24 June, the lights of the terrace of the Grand Hotel Rimini will be turned on to kick off the summer season with the Ouverture de la Terrasse 2025. An exclusive event that inaugurates the most fascinating dinners of the Rimini summer, offering an unforgettable culinary and sensory experience.

On this special evening, a selection of renowned chefs will come together to celebrate an extraordinary combination of culinary traditions of excellence. Together with our Executive Chef Claudio Di Bernardo, they will delight guests with the creation of iconic dishes that celebrate tradition and gastronomic innovation. Each course will be a journey through authentic flavours and refined presentations, in an atmosphere of pure elegance.

 

In collaboration with the Rendez – vous sur les sommets par Stephanie PLAZA event, the evening will be accompanied by the jazz notes of A.B. Rimini Big Band, composed of 19 extraordinary musicians, who will transform the terrace, immersed in the greenery of our garden and overlooking the sea, into a stage under the stars. Music and culinary art will merge to create moments of pure emotion. Like every year, the evening will be presented by the inimitable Spiridione Ripaldi, adding his unique touch to an unmissable opportunity to experience the magic of the Dolce Vita in a timeless setting.
